We often work across the entire capital structure, including equity. Typically most of our work is done in the context of private ownership stakes, also for start-up/young enterprises

The team will apply its experience across a range of strategic advisory engagements, including M&A, providing reviews of strategic options, financial modelling work, business planning, etc.
INVESTMENTS
The team is experienced in assessing the commercial viability of business plans and we are regularly shown new business propositions where we openly provide our thoughts. We are also open to partnering with our clients where the fit is right and we believe we can add value to the proposition
